The vacation home, commonly known as the Markham House or the Fuchs House, can sleep up to 14 guests.  Downstairs there is a fireplace, a kitchen area, dining area, a living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The walls are entirely concrete. Around the house, a hiking trail leads to Eagles Bluff that overlooks Black River. A mill, a spring fed pond, a picnic area, and a pavilion are also available for your enjoyment!
